Terms of Service

By visiting praion.gr or using the services of iwebforyou Ltd (Cyprus), operating the Praion brand, you accept these Terms of Service. Read them carefully.

1. Definitions.

  • «Praion» = trademark/brand of iwebforyou Ltd (Cyprus), used for AI-first marketing and web design services
  • «We», «us» = iwebforyou Ltd (Cyprus), VAT CY10399633B, registered at Spyrou Kyprianou 20, Chapo Central, 1st Floor, Apt. 101, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus, operating as Praion
  • «Client», «you» = the natural or legal person using the services
  • «Services» = all services provided (marketing, web design, additional services)
  • «Website» = praion.gr and subdomains

2. Acceptance of terms.

By visiting the website or entering into a contract, you declare that:

  • You’re over 18 or a legal representative of a company
  • You have the right to enter a legally binding contract
  • You’ve read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy

3. Services provided.

Praion provides AI-first marketing and web design services to businesses. Specific packages, prices, and deliverables are defined in a separate Service Agreement signed with each client.

Information on the website is informational. It becomes binding through a signed Service Agreement.

4. Payment terms.

  • Marketing retainers: Monthly invoicing. First payment upfront. Subsequent payments on the 1st of each month.
  • Web design projects: 50% upon signing, 50% before go-live.
  • Add-ons: 100% before execution.
  • Late payments:Statutory interest. After >15 days delay, services suspended until paid.

All prices excluding VAT. 24% VAT added where applicable.

5. Cancelling engagement.

  • Marketing retainers: Right to cancel with 30-day written notice.
  • Web design projects: Cancellation before signing at no cost. After signing, 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Upon cancellation, client receives full access to all assets produced up to that point.

6. Intellectual property.

Ours:

  • Praion brand assets (logo, colors, content)
  • Proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks
  • Generic templates and workflows

Yours:

  • All custom content we create for you (posts, articles, designs, websites)
  • Brand assets that existed before the engagement or were created for you
  • Your business data and analytics

Dual license:
We retain the right to use anonymised case studies for marketing purposes — unless you express written objection.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability.

What we warrant:

  • Professional service delivery per industry standards
  • Delivery of agreed deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Confidentiality of your business information
  • GDPR compliance in all work

What we DON’T warrant:

  • Specific marketing results (rankings, sales, leads). We provide realistic expectations based on benchmarks but results depend on many factors outside our control.
  • 100% uptime for third-party platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Specific AEO mentions or AI agent citations

Limitation of liability:
Under no circumstances does our liability exceed amounts received from the client in the previous 12 months. We’re not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost revenue or profit
  • Data loss caused by third-party platforms
  • Force majeure events

8. Confidentiality.

We commit to keeping all your business information confidential. We don’t share with third parties unless:

  • You’ve given explicit consent
  • Required by law
  • Necessary for service delivery (e.g., share with subprocessors under DPA)

Mutual NDA available on request for confidential projects.

9. Dispute resolution.

Initially we attempt friendly resolution via email/meeting. If no agreement:

  • Mediation: Qualified mediator in Nicosia (Cyprus) or Athens by mutual agreement
  • Jurisdiction: Nicosia (Cyprus) courts have jurisdiction for disputes not resolved through mediation
  • Applicable law: Cypriot law and EU regulations. For disputes with clients in Greece, Greek consumer protection law applies where more favourable.

10. Modification of terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes are communicated via email to active clients at least 30 days before they apply. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
