Built for projects beyond the standard packages: e-commerce, multi-language sites (3+ languages), marketplaces, B2B portals, custom integrations with ERP/CRM, membership platforms with subscription billing. Each project is scoped separately, after a discovery and needs-analysis process. It is not a “bigger package” — it is a different way of working, where you say what you need.

    Custom proposal(10–14 days)

    Detailed proposal with: total project cost, payment milestones, timeline (depending on the scope of the project), deliverables per phase, post-launch maintenance options.

Most Atelier Web projects are €3,500–15,000, priced by complexity: simple e-shop or multi-language site at the lower end, marketplaces with payouts or enterprise B2B portals with custom workflows at the upper end. Projects below €3,500 — that’s not Atelier Web, that’s Pro. Projects above €30,000 are rare and usually involve enterprise integrations or multi-phase rollouts.

Yes — that's one of the core reasons Atelier Web exists. We connect to ERP, CRM and other systems, either through official APIs or with a custom integration. Each connection is assessed during technical scoping.

Yes, but migration from a custom platform is rarely 1:1 — we usually rewrite structure and data model for AEO/SEO and performance. Migration from WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, OpenCart, or custom PHP is routine. Migration from proprietary platforms or very old systems needs extra scoping time in Step 02 (technical scoping). The data migration plan is part of the custom proposal.

Default: 30-day post-launch support included (bug fixes, urgent adjustments). After that, three options: (a) Care Enterprise €149/month for standard maintenance + 5h custom changes/month, (b) custom retainer if the project needs continuous feature development, (c) one-off projects as needs arise. Most Atelier Web clients start with option (a) and upgrade to (b) after the first 6 months depending on their roadmap.
